Eric spent 20+ years helping two startups go from 0 to $100M+ in revenue and successful IPOs.  The first used a traditional enterprise sales approach and the second, Smartsheet, was a product-led growth SaaS company.  As Smartsheet co-founder his main role was building out the product management and UX design teams. He's experienced first hand the challenges and opportunities of direct user acquisition, selling to mid-market buyers and acquiring enterprise customers.
