Early Execution Tax Strategies, Peter Buss, KBF Advisory, LLC

Most startup founders and early employees leave significant money on the table. Not because they earn too little, but because they don't plan around equity.

The difference between a well-timed 83(b) election and a missed one can be six figures. The wrong approach to ISO exercises can trigger a surprise AMT bill. And too many executives hold concentrated stock positions without a strategy for when (or if) to diversify.

In this session, you'll learn how to:
  • Structure equity compensation to minimize your tax burden
  • Time key decisions like 83(b) elections and ISO exercises
  • Build a long-term wealth strategy that balances salary, equity, and risk

This sessonis for founders who want to stop guessing and start making informed decisions about their compensation and personal tax strategy.
