Building Your AI for GTM: Session 2 with Lawrence Coburn

Most go-to-market teams have tried AI tools. Far fewer have AI woven into how they actually prospect, research accounts, follow up, and keep the CRM clean. This session is about closing that gap.

Lawrence Coburn has been building AI products since 2022, starting with Ambient, a secure AI note-taker and "chief of staff." Lawrence now co-leads Legible, a consultancy that helps companies become AI-native through executive training, AI strategy, hands-on automation builds, and fractional Head of AI engagements, and will share what has worked (and failed) inside real GTM teams.

You'll learn:

• How to spot the highest-value GTM workflows to hand to AI first

• What a practical AI stack for sales and marketing looks like today

• How to go from a one-off prompt to an automation your team relies on

• How to roll it out so people actually adopt it

Bring your stickiest GTM problem. There will be time for Q&A.
