Pablo Casilimas is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at OneSixOne Ventures, one of the most active pre-seed firms in the country with offices in Miami and Seattle. OneSixOne backs companies at the earliest stage — connecting founders with mentors and potential investors through carefully curated events. With over 30 portfolio companies, they've built a reputation for showing up early and going deep for their founders.

Pablo is a Miami native and the son of immigrants from Colombia and the Dominican Republic. He started his career not as a VC but as a community builder — hosting startup events at the University of Florida before turning that network into a fund. Today, OneSixOne has hosted more than 70 events across 13 cities, with over 10,000 founders and investors attending.
